General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed on the Level-73 website, based in Riddes, Switzerland.
By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Products and Intellectual Property

• Physical Products: 3D printed cookie cutters made of food-safe PLA. Not dishwasher safe (max 40°C/104°F).

• Digital Products (STL): Files are for personal use only. Any resale, sharing, or commercial exploitation of the files or objects printed from these files is strictly prohibited without a specific commercial license.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is due immediately via the methods offered on the site (Card, Twint, etc.).

4. Delivery and Download

• Physical: Shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery times are estimates.

• Digital: The download link is sent automatically after payment confirmation. No refunds are possible once the file has been downloaded.

5. Right of Return (Switzerland)

Under Swiss law, there is no automatic legal right of withdrawal. However, we accept returns of unused physical products within 14 days (return shipping at the customer’s expense). Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with the LPD (Loi fédérale sur la protection des données).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Riddes, Switzerland.
